Training and Career Development
New skills and degrees for our employees help our company stay ahead of the competition, which is why we offer training and up to $5000 in tuition assistance. Employees also receive 5 paid training days.
Optimization of employee dollars earned is important to us. Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for your healthcare costs. Quevera contributes $1500 to each employee’s HRA.

Quevera offers a robust medical, vison and dental packages which allows employees to elect coverage specific to their individual needs. Quevera offers several plan options with one being 50% employer paid and generous employer contributions towards the others. Dental & Vision plans are covered at 50%.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
We offer competitive and flexible Paid Time Off, which may be used however the employee wishes. Employees can accrue up to 160 hours of personal time annually.
