Last week we focused on the CIPSI value of courtesy, which was displayed by Quevera through respect and action within our community. Just in case you forgot, CIPSI stands for Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Simplicity, and Ingenuity. These values guide our interactions with one another as well as with our customers and partners. Today’s post is focused on integrity.
We believe integrity means doing what you say you’re going to do, in the way you said you would do it. This is a pretty simple way of looking at the term; however, it is very reflective of Quevera’s goals. We pride ourselves on providing successful solutions to our customers and partners. For example, if we commit a product will be completed by a certain deadline with a customer, it is our responsibility to uphold that promise in order to uphold integrity.
One thing that really sets Quevera apart as a company is the expectation to not only uphold integrity with customers and partners but to also uphold integrity within our team. Open communication is expected. Each team member has the opportunity to ask questions to better understand task assignments. This ensures tasks are completed not only on time but also with precision.
